Given the high stakes of our business and the consequences of failure, there is no substitute for experience. There is an intuition one develops that cannot be programmed. So, while our IT platform is tested, robust and scalable, we never invest the resources to try and program experience. We hire it.

Our standards are very simple. We require an unconditional trust that anyone who joins our team could handle a life-saving shipment for us or someone we love without supervision. If we don't trust them enough to take our call, we won't allow them to take yours. We get it. Your shipment is irreplaceable and has a profound impact on the lives of others.
